The security deposit is $500 with approved credit and up to one-month rent for conditional screening results.

Application processing typically takes 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on volume during lease up.

Cold water, sewer & trash removal is included.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with late fees after the 5th.

Pets are welcome. However, the privilege of keeping a pet is offset by an increased deposit, additional monthly rent, additional fees, or a combination of these. Some restrictions apply. Please contact our on-site manager for more details.

Yes. Forest Grove Cottages is a smoke-free community.

Renters insurance protects your personal belongings from loss, damage, or other covered events. While Forest Grove Cottages carries insurance for the building, it does not cover your personal items. Renters Insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it to help safeguard your possessions.
